Applying & Editing Named Schedules (App version)

| Overview

A Named schedule is a type of schedule that is introduced in the 75F system to make scheduling easier for the Facility and the Organization managers. Being an organization manager who handles the BMS for multiple buildings, or a facility manager who handles many zones in a building, it is a tedious and time-consuming task to go and add or update the zone schedules for the individual zones in every building handled. With the introduction of the Named Schedule in the 75F system, the organization manager can set schedules for individual zones in multiple buildings. It is achieved with just a selection from a dropdown. When the set schedule is to be changed, making the change in the named schedule created will update the change in all the places the schedule is applied.

| Accessing a Named Schedule

• Login to the Facilisight App

The Heatmap page is displayed.

• Access the Zone to which you would like to add the named schedule.

• Click the Zone to access the widgets screen.

• Select the Named tab from the schedule screen to access the Named schedule.

• Select the specific Named Schedule from the dropdown list.

The Named Schedule screen is displayed.

• Click Set to named schedule.

| Editing a Default Named Schedule

The Facilisight app includes the capability to edit the default named schedule directly within the app. This enhancement ensures that users can make necessary adjustments from the scheduling page, providing greater flexibility and control over scheduling operations.

• Login to the Facilisight app

• Click the tab option

• Select the scheduling tab from the list

The Scheduling page is displayed.

• Select the edit    icon to edit the Default schedule

A message is displayed.

• Select Proceed to edit the default schedule. Editing the default named schedule will impact the corresponding zones associated with it.

The scheduling page is displayed.

• Select Add Timeslot to edit the schedule

• Select confirm to proceed with changing the schedule group

The schedule group is selected.

• Click Add Timeslot to make further edits

• Select the heating and cooling desired temperatures, time duration and days of the week for the schedule

• Select the heating deadband and cooling deadband for the schedule.

• Click add to confirm the changes.

The default named schedule is edited successfully.
