| Overview

A Building schedule is a combination of a schedule duration and desired temperatures. It is something that can be predefined for a week, with optionality to modify the schedule during the week to accommodate any changes the building wants to implement. Once set up, the system level device (AHU/RTU) which is controlled by the CCU, supplies the required energy to meet the set desired temperatures while within the set schedule duration (also known as the setpoint or occupied mode). Post building schedule duration the system level device (AHU/RTU) shifts to a setback mode, where usually the desired temperatures cover a wider span compared to the scheduled duration (or setpoint mode).

Note: Once a building schedule is set, all zones in the building would start following the building schedule, unless a zone schedule overwrites this request.

For more information refer to the article on Overlapping User limits for Heating and Cooling

Note: When making a change in the user limits, the deadband used in validation is the highest of DAB/VAV/Standalone profiles.

  • Select a day or days for which you wish to set the schedule for

  • Click 'Save' to confirm and create the schedule for the building.

Note: You can also edit an existing schedule, by simply clicking on the existing schedule, modifying the schedule/temperatures to your liking, and saving it.

Once a schedule change is initiated from Facilisight, the change is relayed to all the CCU's in the building.

You can also add a schedule up to a duration of 24 hours.
