|How it Works
In 75F® system, HyperStat hardware product on the software side supports the Sense profile. This provides enhanced visibility of hyperstat equipment that is monitored by the 75F solution for various equipment.
The HyperStat is a successor of the SmartStat, with 8 on board sensors, giving advanced capability of thermostat, humidistat, and IAQ sensing station with both modulating and staged equipment control. HyperStat provides monitoring and control of a wide variety of HVAC standalone equipment through its various relay stages or modulating analog outputs.
Once the equipment has been configured, the sensed parameter configured shows up in zone settings screens across portals, apps and CCU.
Only one hyper Stat modules with Sense profile can be paired to a single zone.
There is no concept of building limit breach since it is only controlling a single room. There is no zone priority assigned as Sense profile in Hyperstat operation and it does not affect any central air handling HVAC equipment connected to the CCU.
You can configure the following inputs that can be sensed.
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Co2 - CO2 widget
- VOC - CO2 widget
- Onboard Sensors - Sound, PM2.5 and Light - Sensor’s widget
- Thermistor 1 - Thermistor widget
- Thermistor 2
- Analog-in-1 -Analog Widget
- Analog-in-2
- Analog-in-2
|Configuration
You can see the configuration screen for the Sense has Thermistor 1 and 2, Analog-in 1 and 2 that can be enabled or disabled.
