| Overview

IdroCONTROL is a Fan Coil Unit (FCU) controller designed to control individual zones in commercial building applications. The controller supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe FCU applications and provides control of connected HVAC equipment through configurable inputs and outputs.

IdroCONTROL can control functions such as:

  • Water valves ON/OFF
  • Fan speeds
  • Auxiliary or electric heating
  • Fresh-air dampers
  • Connected sensors and other field devices

The controller operates as part of the 75F building automation ecosystem and can communicate with the Central Control Unit (CCU) and Building Management System (BMS) through supported communication interfaces.

The mounting accessories include the DIN clip and mounting screws required to install the controller on a DIN rail.

| Installation

⚠️ Warning: Failure to de-energize the controller before installation or removal may result in electrical shock, equipment damage, or injury.

IdroCONTROL is designed for DIN-rail mounting using the supplied DIN clip.

| Mount the controller

  • Secure the DIN clip to the rear of the IdroCONTROL controller using the supplied screws.
  • Position the controller against the DIN rail.
  • Press the controller toward the rail until the spring-loaded clip engages with the DIN rail.
  • Verify that the controller is securely attached to the rail.
  • Confirm that the controller does not move or detach when light manual pressure is applied.

| Controller Removal

  • Verify that the IdroCONTROL controller is de-energized.
  • Locate the spring-loaded DIN-rail clip on the rear of the controller.
  • Release the DIN-rail clip using the appropriate method for the installed hardware. If required, use a small flat-blade screwdriver
  • While holding the clip in the released position, move the controller away from the DIN rail.
  • Tilt the controller away from the rail and remove it.
  • Support the controller during removal to prevent excessive force on connected wiring.
  • Inspect the controller, DIN clip, and mounting hardware for damage before reinstalling.
