FAQ: Why do I keep losing USB/CM connection?

1.) Check incoming voltage at the 24v and C terminals at the CM for proper voltage. Be sure to continue to check through a call for fan, heating, cooling, etc and monitor for any temporary voltage drops.

2.) If you are reading 23VAC or below, be sure the transformer is appropriately sized (recommendation is 75VA or more) and cable infrastructure is sound.

3.) Lightly wiggle the tablet on the cradle. If connection is temporary lost, the CM may need to be replaced.
