| Overview
This check verifies the network connectivity of your Central Control Unit (CCU). This diagnostic check will verify 1 of 2 connection modes:
- Wireless: via Wi-Fi
- Wired: via Ethernet
NOTE: This does not verify the health of the wireless mesh network. That is done by the Zone Mesh Connectivity Check.
| When it passes
A PASS means your CCU is successfully connected to the internet with a strong signal.
| When it fails
A FAIL means we could not verify the health of your CCU's cloud network connection. The signal may have dropped too many times or the reception may be too low.
| Common causes
- Check the CCU's proximity to the wireless router or access point. Is it too far?
- There may be too many obstructions such as metal ductwork or concrete, which would block RF.
