| Overview

This check verifies the mesh network connectivity of your edge devices (Smart Nodes, HyperStats or MyStats) to the CCU.

| When it passes

A PASS means a strong mesh RF signal exists between your edge devices and the CCU.

| When it fails

A FAIL means we could not verify the health of your mesh network. The signal may have dropped too many times or the reception may be too low.

| Common causes

  1. Nodes or stats are not close to the CCU
  2. There are obstructions such as metal ductwork or concrete blocking RF

| Next Steps

Investigate the location of the CCU or the nodes. Are they within a reasonable distance from each other?
