Easy Street FAQ: Zone Reheat Check

| Overview

This check verifies the reheat functionality of VAV terminal units.

| When it passes 

A PASS means the zone's reheat is operational, and that the unit was able to adequately warm up the zones.

| When it fails

A FAIL means the reheat unit failed to adequately warm up the zones. As shown below, the DAT did not demonstrate sufficient delta compared to the baseline when the unit was turned off. 

| Common causes

The reheat unit may not be turned on or is not working correctly due to incorrect wiring or bad sensor placement.
