FAQ: RTU Is Not Running When It Should Be

In this situation, it's common that the conditioning mode or fan mode may have been set so that the proper mode on the RTU is not available.  If you run into this condition, check the following:

For CCU

CCU Conditioning is set to "Auto" or "Heat Only" if heating is desired, or "Cooling Only if cooling is desired.  Setting to "Off" will not allow the CCU to start the RTU in any conditions.

For Hyperstat

Hyperstat Fan Mode is not set to "Off" and Conditioning Mode is set to Auto, Heating Only, or Cooling Only.

If both of these are correct, check the following widget:

If Fan Stage 1 = 1 and the appropriate Cooling/Heating Stage 1 = 1, then you may have a mechanical failure and should contact your local 75F Partner or Mechanical Contractor.
