Bad Power Supply

1.  If you are having trouble establishing a USB connection or charging the tablet, you may want to check the power supply to the CCU.

2.  Check the 3 lights on the CM board.  If they aren't lit, then you may have an insufficient power supply or none at all.  

3.  Check for 24VAC on the CM Board.
