MyStat 2Pipe Fan Coil Unit

The 75F MyStat 2 Pipe Fan Coil Unit (2PFCU) is a unique profile that provides both heating and cooling conditioning.

Based on the system's conditioning and fan modes and the temperature of the supply water from the chiller, the heating and cooling operations are triggered, and the corresponding actions and conditioning are achieved. 

The MyStat 2 Pipe Fan Coil Unit (2PFCU) provides the flexibility to choose between fully modulating and staged equipment control.

 

MQTT Protocol Via Seqeuncer

Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is a lightweight, publish-subscribe messaging protocol designed for machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and the Internet of Things (IoT).

MQTT is a publish-subscribe-based -messaging protocol that transports messages between devices. where the devices communicate with the help of an MQTT message broker.

MQTT streamlines communication between a wide range of building devices and control systems, enabling real-time monitoring, efficient energy management, automation, and predictive maintenance. Its lightweight nature, scalability, and support for real-time, secure messaging make it a perfect choice for the growing demand for smart buildings and IoT-based building management solutions.

MQTT Blocks in the sequencer enable our system to allow integrations with other systems in the BMS space.

Economizer utilisation in modulating system profiles:

Enhancements are made to ensure full economizer utilization in the modulating system profile before switching to mechanical cooling, along with the OAO Support in the Connect Module for Advanced AHU V2

Parameter rearrangement capability for external models in CCU, portals & apps:

Users can now rearrange parameters shown in the user intent section as per the user's preferences.
