| Important Enhancements & Fixes

Site Dashboard

The Site Dashboard now features a new building icon in the navigation area, offering users quick access to all available sites and their dashboards. This enhancement streamlines navigation, improves visibility across dashboards, and introduces a guided creation flow aligned with the latest UX design framework.

Each site can have up to 10 custom dashboards in addition to the default Site Overview, allowing a total of 11 dashboards per site.

Add Widgets to Dashboard

After defining the scope, users can add up to 10 widgets to the dashboard.
They can search and select specific floors, zones, or devices to configure each widget.

Summary Table

The Summary Table feature has been renamed to Tables. In the Tables section, only tables that are shared with both portals are allowed. This means that a table can be added only if it has been shared with both the internal and facility portals.

TrendLine Analytics

The new End Line Analytics feature enables users to perform advanced data analysis and leverage AI-driven search capabilities to gain deeper insights into site performance and entity relationships.

Equip Graphics

All existing flows remain the same in the Equip Graphics section. Users can continue to add and configure widgets just as before, ensuring consistency with the overall Site Dashboard experience.

Point Summary

Similarly, in the Point Summary section, all flows and functionalities remain unchanged. Users can add widgets and manage data visualization in the same way as in previous versions.

Alerts

In the Alert section, a new restriction has been introduced for users. Only one alert can be added per dashboard, and it automatically fetches all alerts relevant to the current scope.

This means users can view and manage a single consolidated alert view instead of adding multiple alerts. Additionally, only one alert and one note can exist at a time.

Notes

The Note widget allows users to add comments, observations, or important updates directly within the dashboard. Similar to alerts, only one Note can exist per dashboard. This ensures clarity and avoids duplication of information.

Cloud Storage

The Cloud Storage widget enables users to upload and manage files or documents related to the selected site, floor, or zone. It provides centralized access to reference materials and performance reports within the dashboard.

Text Widget and Image Widget

Along with other widgets, users now have two additional options: the Text Widget and the Image Widget.
These widgets allow users to add descriptive text, hyperlinks, or reference images directly onto the dashboard, enhancing visualization and context for each site view.

Special Schedules Via API

Special Schedules via API, also known as exception-based schedules, is a new feature introduced in the 75F ecosystem that can be applied at the building or zone level

Perfect for events or override scenarios, this feature gives facility teams more flexibility and automation.

Users Can:

  • Create, Update & Delete special schedules via API Define date, time, mode (occupied/unoccupied), and setpoints.

  • Automate holiday/event HVAC adjustments or bulk changes. Integrate with corporate calendars, DR systems, and facility tools.

  • Maintain validations, conflict checks, and audit logs for integrity.
