| Introduction

The Site Dashboard serves as a unified workspace for monitoring, visualising, and managing site-level data. It enables users to create multiple dashboard pages, organise visual widgets, and access real-time performance insights within a single, interactive interface.

| Site Dashboard

The Site Dashboard now features a new building icon in the navigation area, offering users quick access to all available sites and their dashboards. This enhancement streamlines navigation, improves visibility across dashboards, and introduces a guided creation flow aligned with the latest UX design framework.

Each site can have up to 10 custom dashboards, in addition to the default Site Overview, for a total of 11 per site.

| Setting up a Site Dashboard

  • Log in to the Internal Portal and navigate to the Site Dashboards tab (renamed from Site Overview).

  • Select a site.

Hover over the Building icon in the header or side panel. A dropdown panel appears, displaying a list of all available sites along with their corresponding dashboards.

From this menu, users can:

  • Switch between dashboards effortlessly.

  • Create a new dashboard for the selected site.

Create a New Site Dashboard

  • Click + Create New Dashboard from the dropdown panel.

The Create Site Dashboard pop-up window opens. All existing rules and field limitations remain the same as before:

  • Dashboard Name: Must be unique within the site.

  • Why / What Descriptions: Optional, up to 1000 characters each.

  • Click Next to proceed.

Scope Selection

In this step, users can define the data hierarchy relevant to the dashboard.
The hierarchy includes levels such as:

CCU → System Equipment → Floor → Zone → Device

Users can search, select, or deselect specific levels as needed.

  • Select the CCU.

For example, if a user selects a Multi-Module Zone, they can choose specific floors or zones to visualize detailed performance insights.

  • Click Next to continue.

Add Widgets to Dashboard

After defining the scope, users can add up to 10 widgets to the dashboard. They can search and select specific floors, zones, or devices to configure each widget.

The user can select or create new widgets from any of the following widget types.

  • Tables

  • Trendline Analytics

  • Equip Graohics

  • Point Summary

  • Alerts

  • Notes

  • Cloud Storage

You can use the AI-enabled search capability of the system as below to locate the required widget.

  • Press enter to start the AI engine to enable the search.

The AI engine displays the search results as below.

  • Search, view, and select the required table to add to the site overview.

  • Click Continue to add the table.

Alternatively, you can also create a widget of your own.

  • Click Cancel to nullify the creation.

Once the site dashboard creation is confirmed, the success message displays with confetti as below.

  • Search & select the required trendline Analytics.

Or

  • Click Create New Trendline Analytics to create a new trendline Analytics. For more information on the creation, refer to Trendline Analytics

| Equip Graphics

All existing flows remain the same in the Equip Graphics section. Users can continue to add and configure widgets just as before, ensuring consistency with the overall Site Dashboard experience.

  • Search, view, and select the required custom equipment graphics.

Or

| Point Summary

Similarly, in the Point Summary section, all flows and functionalities remain unchanged. Users can add widgets and manage data visualisation in the same way as in previous versions.

  • Search, View, and Select the required point summary

Or

  • Click Create New Point Summary to create a new trendline Analytics. For more information on the creation, refer to the Point Summary

| Alerts

In the Alert section, a new restriction has been introduced for users. Only one alert can be added per dashboard, and it automatically fetches all alerts relevant to the current scope.

This means users can view and manage a single consolidated alert view instead of adding multiple alerts. Additionally, only one alert and one note can exist at a time.

  • Once added, the Alert widget automatically fetches and displays all alerts based on the current scope.

(e.g., selected site, zone, or floor). If an alert already exists, the Add Alert option will be disabled.

| Notes

The Note widget allows users to add comments, observations, or important updates directly within the dashboard. Similar to alerts, only one Note can exist per dashboard. This ensures clarity and avoids duplication of information.

  • The system allows only one Note widget per dashboard. Select the Note option.

  • Click on Continue.

  • Once added, the Note widget allows users to enter comments, observations, or key updates related to the current scope.

  • If a Note already exists, the Add Note option will be disabled.

| Cloud Storage

The Cloud Storage widget enables users to upload and manage files or documents related to the selected site, floor, or zone. It provides centralized access to reference materials and performance reports within the dashboard.

Steps to Add Cloud Storage

  • In the widget selection panel, select the Cloud Storage option, check the Box, and click on Continue.

  • Once added, the Cloud Storage widget allows users to upload, manage, and access files related to the selected site, floor, or zone.

  • If it already exists, the option will be disabled.

| Text Widget and Image Widget

Along with other widgets, users now have two additional options: the Text Widget and the Image Widget.
These widgets allow users to add descriptive text, hyperlinks, or reference images directly onto the dashboard, enhancing visualization and context for each site view.

Steps to Add Image Widget

  • Locate an empty space on the dashboard and right-click to open the context menu.

  • Select “Add Image”

  • Upload the desired image file.

  • The maximum total upload limit for all images on a dashboard is 5 MB, as we have used 1MB.

File Size Restriction

  • If the combined size of uploaded images exceeds 5 MB, the system displays an error message indicating that the upload limit has been reached.

  • Manage Image Widget

    • Users can perform the following actions on an image widget:

  • Replace Image: Upload a new image to replace the existing one.

  • Insert Link: Add a hyperlink to make the image clickable, redirecting to another dashboard or external URL.

  • Delete Image: Remove the image from the dashboard when no longer needed.

  • Select “Add Text”

    • Bold

    • Italic

    • Underline

  • Color changes (select the text and apply a color).

Insert Hyperlinks

You can link to another dashboard or external resource by right-clicking and selecting Insert Link.

  • Select the Text and Add the Link.

  • Click on Insert Link.

  • The hyperlink will open the specified dashboard or URL when clicked.

  • Click and hold the widget header or drag handle to activate the move option.
