Please follow the below mentioned steps to capture network logs which can help us understand the portals issue.
  1. Open new incognito window using key combination of Ctrl + Shift + N



     

  2. Right click anywhere in the incognito window and it should display as shown below: 



     

  3. Click on Inspect which is the last option, then it should display few options on the right side of 
    your current tab as shown below:



     

  4. Click on Network tab and make sure to select Preserve log checkbox as shown below:



     

  5. Open 75F | Facilisight Portal (or) 75F | Internal Portal and then try to login using your credentials and it will display lot of requests in the Network tab as shown below:



     

  6. Proceed with your activity as usual. If you encounter any issues, in the Network tab and click the download icon . This will allow you to export a sanitized HAR file for troubleshooting as shown below:



     

  7. Pop-up will be displayed to save/download the HAR data, select anywhere in your laptop and click on Save button.



     

  8. Once the issue occurs and you have captured the HAR file, please share it in the ticket so that it can be analyzed further.
