FAQ: Why are none of my zones communicating?

There are a couple of reasons you may lose communication with all of your devices. 

1. Loss of Power. The transformer powering the devices failed or the power bus had a loose connection. Must always first check that the devices are powered on. 
2. No CM Connection. This is another very common reason for losing communication is that you do not have a CM connection. This means one of two things. What does CM Connection Status Mean?
   
   1. The Tablet is not seated properly on the CM
   2. The CM does not have 24Vac supplied. 

There can be other issues such as interference. But if you check these first two and still have issues. Then you should reach out to our support team to assist with troubleshooting.
