The most common reason for not receiving text notifications are:
1. The phone number associated with your account was not input or was typed incorrectly.
To check this, click your name in the upper right of Facilisight > Account > Account Details and check that your phone number is typed in correctly.
2. Your text notifications aren't enabled. Still in the Account screen, go to Notification Management and make sure you have the desired notification enabled for SMS.
If you checked both of these and still aren't getting notifications, contact your regional support team for assistance.
