There are two main reasons your CCU may not show up after you register it.
- You did not actually complete registration. It can be a little confusing. If you do not receive the 'Congratulations' message at the end of the setup wizard, you did not actually register your CCU.
- You were not connected to WiFi when you registered. It is possible to complete registration while Offline. In this case, when you go to the account page on the CCU after connecting to WiFi, you will need to press register to finish registering the CCU. Then the CCU will show up in the portal.
