The 75F DAB Fully Modulating AHU profile provides configurable, modulating outputs for your fully-modulating AHU to operate within our Dynamic Airflow Balancing application. Once you select the DAB Fully Modulating AHU profile from the system selection, you can enable the applicable analog outputs and relays for your air handler. Lastly, under 'Test Signal' you may enable that relay for testing purposes.
Below the profile configuration is additional parameters for adjusting the analog output voltage to each piece of equipment. You may program min/max output voltage for min/max system operation.
Each zone is configured for parameters such as size of damper and min/max damper positions as input for tracking in the algorithms. A zone is assigned different priority levels based on individual needs - low, medium, high, or no priority; this lets the user designate which zones are more important than others for the operation of the AHU. With this in mind, the system will actively monitor the average zone temperature while weighing individual priority levels. As the load in the spaces shifts, the system will determine if an additional heating, cooling or fan speed is needed.
Cooling/Heating - When modulating cooling or heating, the system will utilize a 'Cooling/Heating Loop Output' (0-100%) that scales with the 0-10 analog output. As temps rise above set-point, the cooling loop output rises, and the subsequent output voltage to the cooling side rises with it. Then as temps fall below set-point, the same thing occurs on the heating loop output.
Recirculate - When recirculating with a VFD, the default output voltage will be 4v.

|Configuration
From the CCU
- Click settings
icon
- Select the DAD fully Modulating AHU for system profile.
The configuration screen displays as below.
The configuration screen displays the following
- Analog-out1
- Analog-out2
- Analog-out3
- Relay 3
- Relay 7
- Option to enable DCWD
Note: By default the DCWB is disabled making the profile just a DAB fully Modulating AHU type, and below is information about usage and operation of the same.
And when the DCWB is enabled the profile converts into a DAB Modulating AHU with DCWB, for more information on the usage and operation of profile refer to DAB Modulating AHU with DCWB
