Access privileges are defined by role and tier:

  • Support Users/Internal Portal Users – Full access based on assigned tier across the organisation or site level.

  • Facilisight Users (Primary Facility Manager, Secondary Facility Manager, View Only Facility Manager, Installer) – Access defined by subscription tier and site assignment.

  • System Integrators (Level 2, Level 3) – Tier-based access at the organisation or site level through the Support Portal.
