| Overview

The 75F system now uses a subscription-based model to manage access to advanced features. This means that some features are only available based on the type of subscription a customer or site has.
To use premium features, an active subscription or payment is required.

| What is Changed

There are now two subscription tiers.

  • Facilisight Standard Tier

  • Facilisight Pro Tier

All existing sites will automatically get a 3-month free trial of the Facilisight Pro subscription. During this trial, the subscription will still show as “Standard,” but users can access all Pro features.

After the 3-month trial, users can choose to continue with either the Facilisight Standard or Facilisight Pro subscription.
If the subscription is not renewed after the trial, access to premium features will be limited.

| New User Role: Billing Admin

A new user role called Primary & Secondary Billing Admin has been added to the system.
 

Users with this role can:

  • Upgrade subscriptions to Facilisight Standard or Facilisight Pro.

  • Manage billing and subscription settings for assigned sites.

  • Allow primary managers to access advanced features.

| 3 Month Pro Trial

With the introduction of tiers within the 75F ecosystem, all the existing sites get a 3 Month Pro Tier Trial, as shown below.

Post the trial period, the user can opt for the Pro tier or continue to use the standard tier.

| Facilisight Standard Tier

 

The following are the feature sets that are a part of the Falisight Standard Tier:

  • Equipment Visualization​
  • Notifications via Email &/or Text​
  • Site Overviews – Summary Tables and Bulk Edits across the Site​
  • Custom Heatmap Filters ​
  • Custom Graphs and Widgets​
  • Custom Parameters​
  • Advanced Alerts​
  • Audit Trail and Report​
  • QR Code Assisted Monitoring​
  • User Roles Support – View-Only FMs, Secondary FMs, Installer, Level 1 and 2, System Integrators
  • Remote Access to the controller​
  • Inbuilt Online support with Chat Assistant​
  • Portfolio-wide Named Schedules

The following is the data retention policy for a Facilissight Standard Tier Subscription:

  • Two-year historical ​
    • Less than 1 month - 1 min​
    • Greater than 1 month - 5 min​
    • Greater than 6 months - 15 min​
    • Greater than 1 year: 60 min

| Facilisight Pro Tier

The following are the feature sets that are a part of the Falisight Pro Tier:

  • AI-Powered ​
    • Zero Interface BMS ​
    • Whiteboard to Dashboard​
    • Spiced by Saffron​
    • Text to Chart​
  • Automated Utility Demand Response​
  • Portfolio Analytics [Energy monitoring and Reports]​
  • Site Manager for custom mapping and monitoring​
  • Site Sequencer for advanced monitoring and control

The following is the data retention policy for a Facilisight Pro Tier Subscription:

  • Lifetime historical​
    • Less than 1 month - 1 min​
    • Greater than 1 month - 5 min​
    • Greater than 6 months - 15 min​
    • Greater than 1 year: 60 min

Updates : ​

  • AI models and features​
  • Vector databases

When a user with a standard subscription tier tries to access the above-mentioned features or screens, a restriction pop-up is displayed as shown below.

 

On the Dashboard, the restrictions are in place for both the widget and scope levels, as shown below.

| Subscription Details

The subscription details can be accessed from the Subscription Details option, as shown below.

For a non-billing admin user, the subscription details are displayed as follows.

You can access the billing history as below.

| Upgrading from a Standard Subscription Tier

As a billing admin user, to upgrade from a standard subscription tier

  • Click the Upgrade Now option from any of the restricted features.

The subscription details screen is displayed, as below.

You can verify pricing and billing dates, change plan, configure add-ons, and add a payment method using the available options.

  • Click Change Plans to view the available subscriptions.
  • Select 75F Faciilisight Pro to upgrade to the Pro tier, and click continue to confirm.

Another confirmation screen with the charges details, duration of subscription, and details display, as shown below.

  • Click Confirm Charges to complete the upgrade.

The upgraded subscription details reflect, as shown below.

| Billing Details

To access the billing details.

  • Click Billing.

The billing details page displays.

 

  • Click on the invoice to view, print, and download it in PDF format.

 

| Add-Ons available on Subscription​

Add-On Name Description
External APIs​ Enables external system integrations through API access, allowing other external systems to pump in data or read data from the 75F ecosystem. Ideal for advanced analytics and external platform connectivity.​
FDD (Fault Detection and Diagnostics)​ Provides system-level fault detection and diagnostic insights for each Site, billed annually per equipment. Helps identify inefficiencies and optimize building performance.​(Needs standard Tier)
Central Plant Manager ​ Provides the ability to visually set up and monitor your central plant systems.

| Restrictions & Notifications

With the introduction of subscription-based access to tools and applications, users may encounter various restrictions and alerts while trying to access them.

The following section details the restrictions and alerts in place to guide the user.

Chiller Plant Manager Access

The chiller plant manager is an add-on and is included with any of the subscription tiers

 Site Manager Access

The Site Manager access comes with a pro-tier subscription. Users need to contact the Billing admin for the same.

  

 Payment Due- Post Grace Period

Payment due is an alert that reminds the user of the validity of a subscription and the upcoming payment.

 Cancelled Subscription

Cancelled subscription informs the user about a cancelled existing subscription, and provides the option to reactivate, reaching out to the billing admin.

    

Payment Due - Subscription Renewal

Payment due is an alert that reminds the user of the balance due for an existing subscription.
