| Introduction
Integrating the Chat directly into Facilisight would help a user to chat directly with the support team when logged into Facilisight. This would reduce time and effort for users and provide a much more hassle-free support experience.
To access chat support,
- Login to Facilisight portal.
- The Facilisight portal is displayed.
- Select the site for which you require support.
- The heatmap page is displayed.
- Select the Chat option from the bottom right corner of the page.
- The chat pop-up is displayed.
| Geo Routing of Tickets
When a user initiates a Zendesk chat, it creates a ticket and is routed to the specific locale, the user is chatting from. A Zendesk chat ticket when accessed from the Asia Pacific locale shall be routed to the APAC support team and a ticket when accessed from the US locale shall be routed to the US support team.
- Initiate a 75F Support chat
- Select the specific locale for which you require support.
- Chat support for the specific locale is initiated.
