Facilisight Chat Bot UI

| Introduction

The 75F Facilisight App UI provides support for 75F app users to address any queries related to building operating conditions, perform mundane set of actions on site-specific parameters, and visualize the analyzed parameters over a selected period of time across different time zones and schedules. 

The supported features for Fac App UI are:

• Discovery of Building Conditions: This enables the user to address any queries related to operating building conditions, CCU versions, online status, weather reports etc.
• Perform Analytics: Utilize basic information to modify/correlate/visualize data based on user prompts.
• Take Actions: Actions such as setting desired temperatures, generating building passcodes, enabling/disabling alerts, and managing alert notifications. can be performed on user request.
• Plot Trend Graphs: Enables users to visualize the values associated with a parameter/point in a trend graph format (in the form of a bar chart/ line chart).   
• Provide Feedback: Users can like/dislike the response provided by ChatUI for the request made. Users can further opt to submit/cancel feedback on the response provided by ChatUI. 

| Finding the Facilisight Chat Bot UI

• Login to Facilisight

The Home Screen is displayed.

• Navigate to the Site Overview page.

• Click the chat icon on the bottom right corner to open the Chatbot.

The Chat Bot UI is displayed.

| Introductory Conversation

Assign a name to be addressed by the Chatbot UI along with a name for the user.

| Discovery of Building Conditions

Queries on operating building conditions can be addressed by the Chatbot.

• Information on weather at the site

• To check whether zones are online/offline.

• To check whether the CCU versions are up to date.

| Performing Actions

Actions can be performed on site-specific parameters upon user request.

• Set Heating Desired Temperature for Zones

• Set Cooling Desired Temperature for Zones

| Analytics & Graphical representation

Users can analyze building parameters and visualize them through graphs.

• Users display or visualize values (CO2, temperature etc.) on the site through graphs.

• Display the average CO2 value of the site.

• Display the latest CO2 levels of different zones.

• Apply Feedback on a response by clicking the Thumbs-Up or Thumbs-Down icon.
