Keeping your devices updated with the latest firmware is crucial for optimal performance and security. To know the device firmware version, we can check it on portals but in certain scenarios it might display as NA or empty.
Below is the procedure to see the firmware version point details in the portal:

  • Over-the-Air (OTA) Reboot Command: This is the most convenient method. Simply send an OTA reboot command to your devices. This command will trigger a reboot, allowing the CCU to recognize and apply the latest firmware update.
  • Manual Reboot: You can manually reboot your devices. This involves physically restarting each device, ensuring they pick up the new firmware version during the reboot process.

1. For CM board

Use the Reinit CM command to initiate a reboot under the system tuners dropdown

2. For all other devices

Use the Restart Module command to initiate a reboot under the zone tuners dropdown
