| Overview
Subscription Management, a new module introduced within the 75F system, restricts customers' or sites ' access to certain advanced features, which require the customer to pay an upfront fee to access them.
| What is Changed
With the introduction of subscription management, all the migrated sites are assigned a standard subscription tier by default, for advanced features; upgrading to a higher tier is required.
| New User Role
With Subscriptions Management, a new user role, billing admin, has been introduced within the system.
If a user is assigned this additional role from the user management, they can upgrade to the subscription plus tier, and the primary managers assigned to the site can access all the advanced features in the system.

| Standard Subscription Tier
With the standard subscription tier, an indication in the Facilisight is introduced as shown below.
Standard Subscription Exclusions
The following are the feature sets that are excluded from a standard subscription tier:
- Site Manager
- Energy Configuration
- Site Sequencer
- Dashboard
- Named Schedule
When a user with a standard subscription tier tries to access the above-mentioned features or screens, a restriction pop-up is displayed as shown below.
On the Dashboard, the restrictions are in place for both the widget and scope levels, as shown below.
| Subscription Plus Tier
With the subscription plus tier, as well as an indication in the Facilisight is introduced as shown below.
With the Subscription Plus Tier, or a billing admin user can access the excluded features of the standard subscription tier.
| Viewing Subscription Details
The subscription details can be accessed from the Subscription Details option, as shown below.
For a non-billing admin user, the subscription details are displayed as below.
You can access the billing history, as below.
| Upgrading from a Standard Subscription Tier
As a billing admin user to upgrade from a standard subscription tier
- Click the upgrade now option from any of the restricted features.
The subscription details screen is displayed, as below.
You can verify the pricing, billing dates, change plan, configure add-ons, add a payment method, and add discounts using the options available.
