Download CCU logs from Internal Portal

| Overview

CCU logs is a section in the internal portal heatmap, which is a feature added to 75F® system using which the user can view and download the CCU logs generated from a CCU, thus helping the user to avoid accessing and downloading the CCU logs from Azure.

With this feature, at an instant you can view and download, ten recently generated CCU logs for any CCU.

| Accessing CCU Logs

To access CCU Logs.

Procedure

• Log into the internal portal.
• Select scope from the site dropdown.

The heatmap page for the site is displayed.

From the heatmap page

• Hover or click on any CCU.

The visualizations window is displayed.

• Scroll to the end of the visualizations window.

• Click the CCU Logs to collapse the section.

The recently generated CCU logs are displayed.

• Click the download icon to download the required CCU log.

The CCU log is downloaded as below.
