Floor Plan Enhancements

The Floor Planner is a system feature that allows users to upload building floor plans and define zones for display on the Site Overview page. As building layouts vary greatly in shape and orientation—ranging from uniquely designed lobbies and meeting rooms to complex aisles accurate zoning can be challenging. To address this, the Floor Planner supports multiple geometric shapes, such as square, circle, triangle, rectangle/parallelogram, pentagon, hexagon, and octagon, enabling facility managers and support users to map zones that precisely match the actual building layout. Zones can be created and managed through both the Internal and Facilisight portals.

The Floor Planner offers several advantages, including exact visibility of device positions and the precise zones they cover, enhanced floor planning flexibility, and improved accuracy that reflects real-world building configurations. By supporting varied zone shapes and complex layouts, the system ensures more effective and reliable zoning across different types of buildings.

Facilisight App - VAV Balancing Support

The VAV Test & Balance feature enables installers and commissioning engineers to accurately balance airflow at VAV terminals using Smart Node V2 devices with CFM enabled. The process is centrally controlled through the CCU and executed via the FAC App, combining real-time airflow measurement, automatic damper control, and dynamic K-factor calculation. This approach removes manual trial-and-error methods and ensures consistent, repeatable commissioning results while allowing users to perform VAV balancing, calculate and validate the K-factor, verify damper, airflow, pressure, and relay operations, and synchronise final balanced values to the CCU and cloud (Silo).

The VAV Test & Balance feature automates airflow control during the balancing process and calculates accurate K-factor values based on real measured airflow. It provides live feedback on key parameters such as CFM, pressure, and damper position, ensuring precise adjustments. Once balancing is complete, all calibrated values are securely stored and synchronised, delivering reliable and traceable commissioning outcomes.

Site Dashboard - Saffron AI Generative Support

The Whiteboard to Dashboard Conversion feature allows users to transform hand-drawn sketches into interactive dashboards by uploading an image (PNG, JPG, PDF) or capturing a photo. Using AI-based analysis, the system identifies layout structures, chart types, legends, titles, and key parameters from the input image. Based on this analysis, a fully editable dashboard is automatically generated, enabling users to review the design, adjust chart properties, and finalize the dashboard setup with ease.

Once created, the generated dashboard is added to the user’s dashboard pool. If the pool already exceeds the 15-dashboard limit, the newly generated dashboard will be saved but not immediately displayed in the active view. In such cases, users can manage or remove existing dashboards to make space if they want the newly created dashboard to appear in the active view.

Subscription Management Enhancements

The subscription model has been updated to include two tiers: Facilisight Standard and Facilisight Pro. All existing sites will automatically receive a 3-month free trial of the Facilisight Pro tier. During this trial period, the subscription will continue to appear as Standard, but users will have full access to all Pro features.

After the 3-month trial ends, users can choose to continue with either the Facilisight Standard or Facilisight Pro subscription. If the subscription is not renewed or upgraded after the trial period, access to premium (Pro) features will be restricted.

USB Manager

The USB Manager is a new feature introduced exclusively in CCUXR to simplify the management of multiple USB-based communication interfaces. Since the 75F system supports various field communication protocols, identifying and assigning the correct USB port for each protocol was previously complex, especially when multiple USB devices were connected. The USB Manager addresses this challenge by automatically detecting all connected USB devices and allowing users to easily assign each device to a specific communication protocol. The USB Manager can be accessed directly from the CCU Settings screen.

MyStat 4 Pipe FCU

The 75F MyStat 4 Pipe Fan Coil Unit (4PFCU) is a specialized profile designed to support both heating and cooling conditioning. Heating or cooling operation is automatically determined based on the system’s conditioning mode, fan mode, and the temperature of the supply water from the chiller, ensuring appropriate actions and comfort control. Reheat functionality is supported through an auxiliary heating stage, which is activated only in Auto and Heat Only modes when additional heating is required.

The MyStat 4PFCU offers flexible control by allowing users to select between fully modulating or staged equipment operation. Supported configurations include two-stage fan speed control, single-stage auxiliary heating, single-stage water valve control, and single-stage DCV damper control. It also supports humidifier and dehumidifier controls, fan enable and occupied enable functions, modulating control of fan, water valve, and DCV damper, as well as a universal input for measuring supply water temperature.

Writable framework

The Writable Framework is an enhancement within the CCU ecosystem that enables dynamic synchronisation between the Site Manager and the Central Control Unit (CCU). It addresses the growing need to modify entity structures, port behaviors, and configuration parameters directly from Site Manager without requiring firmware-level changes. The framework introduces the ability to write values or tags to ports, including priority-array writable points, allowing faster adaptation to real-world field requirements. This feature is supported on CCU firmware version 4.4.4 or above.

Traditionally, changes to entity structures or port configurations required fixed definitions or firmware updates, limiting flexibility in complex field conditions. The Writable Framework removes these constraints by enabling real-time adjustments such as modifying loop behaviors, customizing tag structures, and modeling equipment dynamically on site without engineering intervention. Updates made in Site Manager are seamlessly synchronized with the CCU, ensuring consistency across editable entity structures, writable priority-array values, and custom sequence interactions. Operators can modify writable port values, tags, or metadata, and Level 2 priority-array inputs (such as test signals), while maintaining safe operation.
