Site-Level Navigation Customization
Site-Level Navigation Customisation enhances the portal navigation experience by separating site-specific functions from portfolio-level functions.
Site-specific pages are moved from the portfolio-level 9-dot menu to the site-level hamburger menu. This allows users to remain within the selected site while accessing and navigating between site-specific pages.
The enhancement also introduces customizable navigation, allowing users to pin frequently accessed site pages, access additional pages through a More section, and maintain their navigation preferences across sessions.
The enhancement is designed to:
- Keep users within the selected site context.
- Reduce unnecessary navigation and site re-selection.
- Improve discoverability of site-specific features.
- Provide personalized navigation through pinning and unpinning.
- Clearly separate portfolio-level and site-level functionality.
- Preserve the selected site while navigating between site-specific pages.
- Align migrated pages with the latest portal UI/UX standards.
System Manager
The System Manager is a new system profile that enables centralized configuration and management of system-level devices from a single interface. Unlike the traditional Default System Profile, which manages device types independently, System Manager combines multiple communication and control technologies into a unified configuration workflow.
The profile provides integrated support for:
- Modbus devices
- BACnet devices
- Connect Modules
This consolidated approach simplifies deployment and lays the foundation for future system-level control sequences involving multiple equipment types.
Purpose
System Manager provides a centralized configuration environment where administrators can:
- Configure multiple communication protocols from a single profile.
- Pair Modbus devices.
- Initialize and configure BACnet devices.
- Add and manage Connect Modules.
- Build complex system-level integrations that span multiple device technologies.
The feature is designed to support future advanced equipment management and sequencing capabilities while maintaining the existing device pairing experience.
Sequence OTA Indication in Connect Module & SNV2
The home screen supports a progress indication for the sequence update, and the success message with the sequence name is displayed when the sequence update is successful.
Sequence Error Message with Error Line in Connect Module & SNV2
The home screen also supports displaying an error message when there is an error in the sequence; it also points the user to the line of error.
MyStat as a BACnet Server
The MyStat is part of 75F’s vertically integrated suite of intelligent building solutions, designed to provide smart zone-level control, runtime monitoring, and an enhanced user experience for commercial building environments. The device is built to operate both within a 75F ecosystem connected to a CCU and as part of an external BACnet-based Building Management System (BMS), enabling greater interoperability and deployment flexibility.
The MyStat supports BACnet MS/TP (Master-Slave Token Passing) communication over the RS-485 bus, allowing external BACnet clients to monitor device parameters, read runtime status, and write supported control values through standardized BACnet objects. Firmware continuously manages synchronization between the local MyStat interface and the BACnet network to ensure consistent operation across local and remote interactions. In addition to BACnet integration, the device can also function independently in standalone mode using locally configured profiles and runtime settings.
Master Controller
The Master Controller in the Facilisight Portal serves as the centralized building-wide temperature control interface. It allows administrators and installers to define the temperature boundaries that govern all zones within a building. These settings establish the permissible heating and cooling ranges, building breach limits, deadbands, and other temperature-related controls that are applied across connected zones and CCUs.
The Master Controller provides a building-level framework for temperature management by:
- Defining allowable user setpoint ranges.
- Establishing high and low temperature limits that trigger building breach conditioning and alerts.
- Maintaining occupant comfort while preventing excessive heating or cooling.
- Enforcing consistent temperature policies across all zones within the building.
- Supporting energy-efficient operation through centralized temperature management.
Validation Report (Outside Building Limits):
- A validation message appears, highlighting the impacted site(s) and indicating the schedule entries that fall outside the configured building limits.
Validation Report (Outside Heating Limits):
- A validation message appears when the configured schedule contains heating setpoints that fall outside the allowed building heating limits.
- The report identifies the impacted site(s), affected time slots, current schedule values, and the permitted building limits.
- Review the reported violations, and then click Re-Edit to modify the schedule and bring it within the configured building constraints.
Validation Report (Outside Cooling Limits):
- A validation message appears when the configured schedule contains cooling setpoints that fall outside the allowed building cooling limits.
- The report identifies the impacted site(s), affected time slots, current schedule values, and the permitted building limits.
- Review the reported violations, and then click Re-Edit to modify the schedule and bring it within the configured building constraints.
The validation pop-up includes the following information:
- Site Name: Displays the site where the violation occurs.
- Building Occupancy Validation: Indicates that the shared recurring schedule is outside the configured Building Occupancy limits.
- Schedule Outside By: Lists the affected days and time periods that exceed the allowed occupancy window.
- Re-Edit: Returns the user to the schedule editor so the occupancy periods can be corrected.
