HyperStat - UI Lock

HyperStat provides three locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized or unintended changes through the local user interface:

  • Interactivity Lock disables all local user interaction.
  • Installer Access Lock restricts access to Installer Options.
  • User Access Lock restricts access to Fan Speed and Conditioning Mode.

Each lock operates independently and can be enabled separately or in combination with other locks.

When one or more locks are active, a Lock icon is displayed in the top-right corner of the HyperStat display.

Interactivity Lock

Interactivity Lock prevents changes through the local HyperStat user interface.

When Interactivity Lock is active, HyperStat remains on the Home screen and continues to display available zone information. However, local user interaction is disabled.

Installer Access Lock

Installer Access Lock restricts access to Installer Options on HyperStat.

When Installer Access Lock is active, the user can continue to:

  • Access the Home screen.
  • Adjust the desired heating and cooling temperatures using the + and − buttons.
  • Access Fan Speed.
  • Access Conditioning Mode.

Access to Installer Options requires the configured Installer PIN.

User Access Lock

User Access Lock restricts access to Fan Speed and Conditioning Mode on HyperStat.

When User Access Lock is active, the user can continue to:

  • Access the Home screen.
  • Adjust the desired heating and cooling temperatures using the + and − buttons.
  • Access Installer Options

Master Controller (Building Temperature Control)

The Master Controller in the Internal Portal serves as the centralized building-wide temperature control interface. It allows Certified Installer L2 and Certified Integrator to define the temperature boundaries that govern all zones within a building. These settings establish the permissible heating and cooling ranges, building breach limits, deadbands, and other temperature-related controls that are applied across connected zones and CCUs.

User Management - Internal Portal

User Management in the 75F Internal Portal is a centralized feature used to create, manage, and remove user accounts across the organization. It enables administrators to assign roles, manage certification levels, and control user access to secure system resources. User Management serves as a centralized repository of user identities and permissions, helping ensure that users have the appropriate level of access based on their responsibilities. The application simplifies user administration while supporting security, compliance, and efficient operational management.

User Management - Facilisight Portal

User Management in the Facilisight Portal is a centralized feature for managing user accounts, roles, and access permissions across an organization. It enables administrators to create and maintain users, assign roles, monitor certification status, and ensure users have the appropriate access to facilities and system resources. The streamlined interface simplifies user administration while helping organizations maintain security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Community Engagement

The Community Engagement feature is designed to enhance user engagement, improve quality, and grow a sustainable contributor ecosystem. It achieves this by combining social interaction, gamified recognition, and structured feedback mechanisms that empower both creators and consumers.

The Activity Feed & Leader Board serves as the central hub for discovery, interaction, and engagement across the platform. It aggregates community-driven widgets, highlights active contributors, and provides entry points into feedback and collaboration workflows.

Primary Goals:

  • Increase high-quality widget creation.
  • Encourage consistent contributor participation.
  • Enable meaningful community interactions.
  • Provide transparent recognition and growth paths for contributors.
  • Establish feedback loops to enhance widget quality continually.

HyperStat - Indoor Air Quality and Display Configuration

HyperStat monitors key Indoor Air-Quality(IAQ) parameters, including CO₂ and PM2.5, along with VOC and relative Humidity. The device evaluates the available air-quality sensor values to determine the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) status based on the configured threshold and target values.

The Display Options screen allows users to configure supported parameters and temperature values are displayed on the Home Screen.

Indoor Air Quality Status

The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) status displayed on the Home Screen is based on the available air-quality sensors. CO₂ is used for the IAQ status, while PM2.5 is also considered when a PM2.5 sensor is available. The IAQ status is displayed as Great, Good, or Needs Improvement based on the configured threshold and target values.

Serial No. Condition IAQ Message
1 CO₂ < Threshold and PM2.5 < Threshold* Indoor Air Quality is Great
2 Threshold < CO₂ < Target and Threshold < PM2.5 < Target* Indoor Air Quality is Good
3 CO₂ > Target or PM2.5 > Target* Indoor Air Quality Needs Improvement

* PM2.5 conditions apply only when a PM2.5 sensor is available.

Display Options

The Display Options screen provides configuration settings for selecting the information displayed on the HyperStat Home Screen. It allows the user to enable or disable the display of CO₂, PM2.5, VOC, and Humidity values, with a maximum of two parameters displayed simultaneously. The Display Temp option independently controls whether the desired temperature is displayed instead of the current room temperature.

The following parameters can be configured from the Display Options screen:

Display CO₂

  • Enables the display of the current CO₂ concentration on the Home Screen.

Display PM2.5

  • Enables the display of the current PM2.5 concentration on the Home Screen.

Display VOC

  • Enables the display of the current VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) value on the Home Screen.

Display Humidity

  • Enables the display of the current relative humidity value on the Home Screen.

Note: A maximum of two parameters can be enabled simultaneously from Display CO₂, Display PM2.5, Display VOC, and Display Humidity. If more than two parameters are selected, the “Select 2 or less options” alert is displayed. Display Temp is independent of this limitation.

Desired Temp

  • Enables the display of the desired temperature instead of the current room temperature on the Home Screen.
