| Overview
The CCU Remote access feature enables users to access the CCU remotely through the Internal portal. This feature lets the user change system/zone configurations to make reliable changes with reduced points of failure and to view the updated configurations. It also helps the user to view remote diagnostics to access them in case of CCU crashes or failures, and remotely view CCU logs for further troubleshooting.

- Finally upgrade the Remote app
Note: Make sure to allow sufficient time between each upgrade to ensure the apps are properly updated in the CCU.
