| Important Note

To address the issue where the remote app takes precedence and blocks other OTA commands until manually closed, follow these steps:

  • Upgrade the CCU to the release build
  • Upgrade the Home app to the latest release build
  • Finally upgrade the Remote app

Note: Make sure to allow sufficient time between each upgrade to ensure the apps are properly updated in the CCU.

| Timeout

If the remote access session is inactive for more than 15 minutes the session will be timed out.
