| Introduction
The QR code and short URL feature allow customers and clients to easily access the digital twin of physical equipment, including key parameters, historical trends, and further analysis, directly from the site. This is especially useful in situations where they do not have access to the Facilisight portal. By simply scanning the QR code, users are quickly connected to a webpage that presents critical site-specific information, offering a seamless and efficient way to interact with the data. The feature also enables the user to print the QR code in batches and use them further as stickers for ease of access.
For those who may not have a QR code scanner, the feature also provides a short URL link that can be shared by users of the Internal portal or the Facilisight portal. This ensures that all clients and customers, regardless of their technical capabilities, can conveniently access the webpage and view the necessary information without any hindrance.
