The Talk to Sales feature enables prospective customers, partners, and building stakeholders to initiate contact with the 75F Sales team directly from within the 75F ecosystem. This feature provides a streamlined mechanism for users to request product information, discuss project requirements, explore deployment options, and obtain commercial guidance related to 75F solutions.

The feature serves as a centralized engagement point for inquiries that require consultation beyond standard product support or self-service resources.

| Purpose

The Talk to Sales feature allows users to:

  • Connect directly with 75F sales representatives.
  • Request product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
  • Discuss building automation requirements and project objectives.
  • Obtain pricing, licensing, and deployment information.
  • Evaluate solution suitability for specific building types and operational needs.
  • Initiate pilot projects, proofs of concept, or large-scale deployments.

  • Click Talk to Sales in the Saffron AI chatbot interface.

The user is redirected to Let's Talk section in the 75F website.

  • Select your geographic location.

The form presents a guided contact workflow that collects relevant information required for sales engagement. Depending on the selected inquiry type, users may be prompted to provide:

  • Additional comments or questions

The submitted information is routed to the appropriate sales team for review and follow-up.

The feature serves as a quick access point for users who prefer immediate contact without navigating through the complete inquiry form.

By expanding the Get In Touch menu, users can choose from  call or Email contact methods based on their preferred mode of communication,

| User Workflow

  1. User selects Talk to Sales.
  2. User chooses the appropriate inquiry type.
  3. Required contact and project information is entered.
  4. The system validates mandatory fields.
  5. User submits the request.
  6. Request details are forwarded to the designated sales team.
  7. A sales representative reviews the inquiry and initiates follow-up communication.
