| Overview
The Share an Idea provides users with a structured way to submit product enhancement suggestions, new feature requests, workflow improvements, and innovative ideas directly from the ecosystem. It creates a centralized channel for capturing customer and employee feedback, ensuring valuable suggestions are collected, evaluated, and considered as part of the product development lifecycle.
Rather than relying on emails or informal communication, the feature standardizes idea submission, making it easier for product teams to review, prioritize, and track innovation requests.
| Sumbmit an Idea
- Click the Share an Idea to access the form.
Just like the D&I tool requests user can access and view the already submitted ideas, verify if an idea request for for the same ehancment in already submitted.
Users can create a new D&I request to serve their site purpose, and also access and view the already existing requests that were submitted,
Users can use the filter options to filter ideas based on the statuses, as shown below.
Once verified that the idea for the enhancement does not exist, can proceed to submit the idea.
- Click Add Idea to access the fresh idea form.
- Enter a title for the request, and add a description of the idea, add any attachments to support the idea reqeuest.
- Click Add to confirm the request.
The idea is submitted, as shown below.
Users can further edit and delete the requests using the edit and delete options provided.
