| Introduction
With the introduction of the feature heartbeat in the 75F® system, the user can view the zone or equipment status, whether the zone/equipment is actively communicating with the CCU or not. It is indicated alongside the zone names in the portals and the CCU as a circular dot and as the last updated information in the zone settings section in the zone level widget screen, a green circular dot next to the zone names in CCU and portals indicates the equipment actively communicating with the CCU and a grey circular dot indicating the equipment is not actively communicating. For more information refer to Heartbeat Indication for Equipment In CCU, Apps, and Portals
Whereas the 75F system user had no means to remotely know from the portals and app, if the CCU is connected to the wi-fi or not, and actively communicating with the cloud or not, at any given point of time. This paved the way for the use of feature heartbeat for the CCU, and the introduction of a predefined widget in all system level and module level profiles to visualize the Cloud, CM, and Equipment connectivity statuses, and the last updated information made available at the system screen in the CCU.
