| Overview

Vacation Schedule is similar to building schedule, but unlike a building schedule its just a schedule day or a date range schedule, it tells the system that the building is on a vacation, and the Building HVAC needs that is required is not the same as in a building schedule, and the system can operate in a setback or unoccupied mode, where usually the desired temperatures are much relaxed than the scheduled duration or setpoint mode.

| Accessing & Creating Org Level Vacation Schedule

From CCU Zones page.

  • Click Scheduling.

The Scheduling screen displays; scroll to the vacations section to access vacations created and create new vacations.

Click Create Vacation

The create vacation window displays.

  • Enter the name, and slect the date for the vacation.
  • Click Save to confirm the vacation.

The created vacation dislays  in the vacation list for the organization, as shown below.

You can edit delete the vacation using the options provided.

Once a vacation is created at the org level they can be applied to multiple zones with the organization, for more information on bulk applying the vacations refer to Bulk Applying Special Events & Vacations from Facilisight & Bulk Applying Special Event and Vacations from CCU

| Accessing Zone Level Vacation Schedule

From CCU Zones page.

  • Click any zone to set the vacation.

The Zone's details is displayed.

  • Click the edit icon next to the vacation.
  • Click Create Vacation.

| Setting Vacation Schedule

To set a new entry for Vacation Schedule

  • Click Add Entry+ next to vacations.

The add vacation window is displayed.

  • Enter a name of the vacation.
  • Select a date or a date range you wish to set the vacation for.
  • Click Save to confirm and create the vacation schedule for the building.

Once the vacation is created the same is available for selection for the zone.
