| Overview
The 75F BMS follows a dual temperature setpoint as its principal mechanism to control and automate the building-level HVAC equipment and maintain a temperature within these set points.
There is a cooling and heating setpoint temperature and a cooling and heating Deadband within the setpoint limits. Conditioning is triggered only when the temperature in the building increases above the cooling setpoint temperature or decreases below the heating setpoint temperature. Within the setpoint temperature limits, there is no conditioning.
The HyperStat, with its unique capability of standalone operation, can also act as a slave/client in Modbus/BACnet networks, to support all such possible use cases, when not connected to the CCU, the HyperStat supports three types of temperature modes in which it could operate, where the temperature modes are defined as follows.
- DUAL SETPOINTS With VARIABLE DEADBAND
- DUAL SETPOINTS with FIX DEADBAND
- SINGLE SETPOINT with DEADBANDS
