HyperStat - Indoor Air Quality and Display Configuration

| Overview

HyperStat monitors key Indoor Air-Quality(IAQ) parameters, including CO₂ and PM2.5, along with VOC and relative Humidity. The device evaluates the available air-quality sensor values to determine the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) status based on the configured threshold and target values.

The Display Options screen allows users to configure supported parameters and temperature values are displayed on the Home Screen.

| CO2 Target and Threshold Setting

The Zone CO₂ Threshold and Zone CO₂ Target values can be configured from the HVAC Options screen on the HyperStat.

• To access Installer Options, press and hold Button 2 (+) and Button 3 (−) for 3–5 seconds.

• Press the Next button to navigate to the HVAC Options screen, then set the required values for the Zone CO₂ Threshold (Zone CO2 Th) and Zone CO₂ Target (Zone CO2 Tar).

| PM2.5 Target Setting

The Zone PM2.5 Target value can be configured from the HVAC Options screen on the HyperStat..

• To access Installer Options, press and hold Button 2 (+) and Button 3 (−) for 3–5 seconds.

• Press Next to navigate to the HVAC Options screen, then set the required Zone PM2.5 Target value.

Note: The PM2.5 Threshold is automatically calculated as 40% of the configured PM2.5 Target. The threshold cannot be configured independently.

| Indoor Air Quality Status

The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) status displayed on the Home Screen is based on the available air-quality sensors. CO₂ is used for the IAQ status, while PM2.5 is also considered when a PM2.5 sensor is available. The IAQ status is displayed as Great, Good, or Needs Improvement based on the configured threshold and target values.

* PM2.5 conditions apply only when a PM2.5 sensor is available.

| Display Options

The Display Options screen provides configuration settings for selecting the information displayed on the HyperStat Home Screen. It allows the user to enable or disable the display of CO₂, PM2.5, VOC, and Humidity values, with a maximum of two parameters displayed simultaneously. The Display Temp option independently controls whether the desired temperature is displayed instead of the current room temperature.

The following parameters can be configured from the Display Options screen:

| Display CO₂

• Enables the display of the current CO₂ concentration on the Home Screen.

| Display PM2.5

• Enables the display of the current PM2.5 concentration on the Home Screen.

| Display VOC

• Enables the display of the current VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) value on the Home Screen.

| Display Humidity

• Enables the display of the current relative humidity value on the Home Screen.

Note: A maximum of two parameters can be enabled simultaneously from Display CO₂, Display PM2.5, Display VOC, and Display Humidity. If more than two parameters are selected, the “Select 2 or less options” alert is displayed. Display Temp is independent of this limitation.

| Desired Temp

• Enables the display of the desired temperature instead of the current room temperature on the Home Screen.
