To give access to a secondary Facility Manager to monitor and maintain your site. All you need to do is give them Secondary Manager access to the site. 

  1. First, you must be the primary Facilisight user. Then go to User Management and scroll down to the site you wish to give access to. Then press Add User. 
  2. Fill in the user details. Most important is the email address. The email you enter will be the username for the new user. 
  3. Once you press ADD. The new user will receive a welcome email that helps them login to Facilisight as a secondary manager.
