| Overview
Based on the year a CCU tablet was manufactured and delivered, it was built on a different kernel version.
And based on the kernel version the CCU tablet was built on each tablet was supported with a different set of features.
Since 75F has been supporting customers with its Intelligent BMS for several years, many customers have been using the 10" Iproda CCU Tablet. Over time, these tablets have been built on different kernel versions, resulting in variations in the features supported by each version.
Therefore, it became extremely important to ensure that customers—and especially the support team—are aware of the features available on tablets running different kernel versions. This helps them clearly understand the capabilities and limitations associated with each tablet version.
