Application Note : Twinned Furnace Control with CCU + OAO

Solution:

Controlling a single unit that is comprised of Twin Furnaces, Economizer, and a shared chilled water coil for cooling with a CCU plus OAO, and not requiring a twin isolation kit.

The CCU will be configured as a DAB Advanced Hybrid AHU and will utilize a max of two heating stages per furnace and a single chilled water cooling modulation signal. Follow the configuration steps in the drawing screenshots below.

Jumpers J15 and J16 will need to be removed to isolate the power sources between the two furnaces and the CCU. Refer to screenshots below for more information.
