| Overview
The Create Site capability in Site Manager allows authorised users to add new integration sites directly from the platform without the use of a CCU.
With this enhancement, users can provide the required site, location, equipment, contact, and organisation information through the Create New Site form. Once created, the integration site becomes available in Site Manager and can be used with the platform's existing site-level tools.
| Accessing Site Creation
A new Create Site option is available in Site Manager.
Selecting Create Site opens the Create New Site modal, where you can enter the information required to create an integration site.
The form includes:
- Site Name
- Timezone
- Street Address
- City
- State
- Country
- ZIP Code
- CCU Name
- Facility Manager Email
- Installer Email
- Billing Admin Email
- Same as Facility Manager
- Organization Name
Use dropdown lists for selection of the Timezone, Country, and Organisation Name fields.
| Create an Integration Site
Navigate to Site Manager.
- Open the Create New Site form
- Enter site information
Enter the site's basic information:

| Timezone | Timezone associated with the site. Select from the dropdown. |
| Street Address | Physical street address of the site. |
| City | City where the site is located. |
| State | State or region where the site is located. |
| Country | Country where the site is located. Select from the dropdown. |
| ZIP Code | ZIP or postal code associated with the site. |
| CCU Name | Name of the CCU associated with the integration site. |
| Facility Manager Email | Email address of the Facility Manager. |
| Installer Email | Email address of the installer. |
| Billing Admin Email | Email address of the billing administrator. |
| Organization Name | Organization associated with the site. Select from the dropdown. |
| Validate Site Information
The form validates information as you enter it.
Required fields must contain valid values before the site can be created.
Inline validation
When a required value is missing or invalid, a validation message appears below the corresponding field.
The Create Site button remains disabled until the required information passes validation.
Character validation
Applicable text fields, including Site Name, CCU Name, and email-related fields, support defined character-validation rules.
If unsupported special characters are entered, the following validation message is displayed:
Special characters are not allowed. Allowed characters [hyphen(-), underscore(_), space()].
Correct the invalid value before proceeding.
| Integration Sites and Existing Tools
Once an integration site is created from Site Manager, the site can participate in the existing platform workflows.
Once Data is brought into the platform via an external data pump into the integration site. The integration site with equipment can participate in the existing site tooling capabilities of the platform.
This makes Site Manager the entry point for creating and managing these integration sites without requiring a separate site-creation workflow.
