User Journey

The user journey talks about the activities that are involved in the different stages of implementation of the 75F's Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS), for different users. The user can be an Installer or a Facility manager. The user journey provides the user with insights into the roles and responsibilities of an individual user and provides the relevant support information to enlighten the user to carry out the respective activities.
