DAB Advanced Hybrid AHU V2

DAB Advanced Hybrid AHU V2 is now available as a System profile with configurable algorithms and enhanced monitoring and control via the Connect Module. The profile supports Supply Air Temperature control, Duct Static Pressure, and fresh air DCV-based controls, reducing commissioning time and optimizing energy efficiency. The Connect Module acts as an IO Extender, enabling monitoring of additional parameters and providing control outputs.

Scheduler Enhancements: Mosquito bites & Adoption Score Feedback

The enhancement enforces a minimum deadband of 0.5°F/0.5°C across all schedules to prevent overlapping heating and cooling settings, improving system efficiency and compliance with Guideline 36. It also streamlines scheduling by allowing grouped day settings and reintroduces editable default schedules in the Facilisight app for easier user management.

TrueCFM on Edge

Migrating airflow control algorithms to edge devices like SmartNode and Helio Node reduces response time to 10 seconds, improving damper control and minimizing erratic behavior. This enhances airflow management, aligning with ASHRAE Guidelines 36 and ensuring smoother system performance.

CCU-XR
CCU - XR has migration from Android 7 to Android 12 which ensures enhanced security, app compatibility, and optimized performance for modern hardware. The migration also preserves existing functionalities while improving user experience and system operability.

CPM Enhancements

CPM enhancements to maintain pipe sequence after pipe color change and subsequent color changes based on equips and corresponding sub-equips.

Wired Hyperstat Split

The Wired Hyperstat Split allows integration with a CCU for cloud data aggregation and control sequence consumption, enhancing 75F BMS system connectivity in areas with limited RF bands. It also supports usage in external BMS systems that lack wireless communication capabilities.
